Puff Dough
Ingredients
For Dough
- 1/4 Cup Warm Water
- 1 Teaspoon Yeast
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 50 gms Melted Butter Slightly Warm
- 1/2 Cup Warm milk
- 3 Cup Flour
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Yogurt
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Vinegar

Instructions
- Add yeast and sugar to warm water and let it dissolve and sit for 5 minutes
- Add together flour, baking powder and salt.

- Beat together warm milk, egg, butter and yeast+sugar mixture. Add this to half of the the flour mixture and beat well

- Add the rest of the flour mixture, yogurt and vinegar and knead it into a smooth dough.

- Grease the dough with some oil. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep in some warm place to rise for approximately one hour or till it doubles in volume

- Mix together melted butter and flour and beat till fluffy

- Keep the mixture in refrigerator to set and cool

- When the dough has risen, punch it back and roll it out

- Spread out butter mixture over the rolled dough. Leave some of the butter mixture for further folding

- Fold the dough as shown and apply the butter mixture

- Make a square by further folding down

- Refrigerate it for 1 - 2 hours. After that it will be ready to use
