  1. Add yeast and sugar to warm water and let it dissolve and sit for 5 minutes
  2. Add together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Beat together warm milk, egg, butter and yeast+sugar mixture. Add this to half of the the flour mixture and beat well
  4. Add the rest of the flour mixture, yogurt and vinegar and knead it into a smooth dough.
  5. Grease the dough with some oil. Cover it with a damp cloth and keep in some warm place to rise for approximately one hour or till it doubles in volume
  6. Mix together melted butter and flour and beat till fluffy
  7. Keep the mixture in refrigerator to set and cool
  8. When the dough has risen, punch it back and roll it out
  9. Spread out butter mixture over the rolled dough. Leave some of the butter mixture for further folding
  10. Fold the dough as shown and apply the butter mixture
  11. Make a square by further folding down
  12. Refrigerate it for 1 - 2 hours. After that it will be ready to use
