Personal Pizza from Pita Bread

Ingredients
For Filling
- 250 gm Chicken
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
- 2 Green Chilies
- 1 Red Chili Whole
- 3 Cloves garlic Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Meat tenderizer
For Toppings
- 2 Slices Cheese (Mozzarella/ Cheddar)
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Onion Small and finely chopped
- 4 Olives Finely sliced
- 1/4 Capsicum
- 2-3 Tablespoons Italian Sauce or Pizza Saauce
- 1 Pita Bread
Servings: Person
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in fillings section except chicken and marinate chicken in this sauce for 1/2 hour
- Cook chicken on high flame till dry
- Take a pita bread (recipe given previously). Heat one tablespoon butter or oil in pan and remove from heat. Place Pita bread on it
- Spread Italian or Pizza sauce evenly

- Spread the chicken and toppings

- On top place cheese slices or shredded cheese

- Cover the pan and put it over a very low flame

- Cook till 5-8 minutes
