Kimchi
Today we bring you a wealth of health in just one drink! We present you the tangy magic potion known as Kimchi
Kimchi is rich in vitamins A and C, and due to its fermentation process is also rich in beneficial gut-boosting lactobacilli bacteria.
The flavonoids and probiotics-rich kimchi helps to combat aging, maintain healthy levels of cholesterol and strengthen the immune system.
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Reddish (Mooli)
- 1 Tablespoon Salt
- 2 - 3 Dry Red Chillies Whole
- 1 - 2 Cloves garlic
- 1.5 Tablespoon Mustard Seeds (Roughly crushed/ground)
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1.5 Liters Mineral Water As required (Approx)

Instructions
- Wash the reddish, peel it off and then cut in cubes.

- Mix salt in the reddish and put it in a clean dry container and leave it for 1 hour

- Blend, red chillies, garlic cloves with some water. Add crushed mustard seeds and brown sugar

- Add this blend to the container and leave it for another hour

- Add enough water (As much as your container can hold)

- Cover it and leave the container in a cool dark place preferably

- Leave it there for 5 days for fermentation. Try to stir it once every day.
- On 5th day you can use the clearer liquid on the top and you can eat the reddish too

- You can refill it once more and let it fermentate so that you can enjoy it again 🙂
