Garlic Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- Italian Bread Or long burger buns 2 Feet long
- 100 g Butter
- 2 Green Chilies
- 10 Cloves garlic
- 1 TableSpoon olive oil
- 1 TableSpoon Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Oregano as desired
- 1/2 Cup Celery or Cilantro (Hara Dhania leaves and chopped)
- Mint Leaves
- 100 g Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 100 g Cheddar Cheese Shredded

Instructions
- Boil water in a pan and put garlic cloves in it

- Let it boil for 2 minutes and strain

- Peel off the cloves In a blender, blend butter with garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, green chilies and celery/cilantro Add some oregano at the end

- Now split the bread from center (like a book) and apply the paste to both end and close the bread.

- Spread some of the paste on the outer part of the bread as well. It gives it a nice texture after its baked.

- Wrap the breads in aluminium foil and bake them in oven for 10 minutes at 220 F


- Take the bread out, separate the halves and top it with cheese.

- Sprinkle some Oregano on top
- Bake again for 10 minutes till the cheese melts

- Take it out of the oven and cut into slices of your choice
