Peel off the cloves
In a blender, blend butter with garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice, green chilies and celery/cilantro
Add some oregano at the end
Now split the bread from center (like a book) and apply the paste to both end and close the bread.
Spread some of the paste on the outer part of the bread as well. It gives it a nice texture after its baked.
Wrap the breads in aluminium foil and bake them in oven for 10 minutes at 220 F
Take the bread out, separate the halves and top it with cheese.
Sprinkle some Oregano on top
Bake again for 10 minutes till the cheese melts
Take it out of the oven and cut into slices of your choice
