Baked Ice Cream
Hot from outside, cold from inside and crunchy on the base. This is the perfect dessert for this season which is ready in minutes and looks great. This recipe was inspired by Casa Blanka Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 Bakar Khani (Baked Puff Pastry)
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 Tablespoon Icing Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- Ice Cream Scoop of your choice
- Fruits Finely chopped of your choice
- Chocolate Topping As desired

Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, meanwhile grease baking tray and place split Puff pastry/ bakar khani over it as shown in picture

- Beat egg whites till stiff

- Add sugar and vanilla essence and beat more

- Place Portion of beaten egg white over puff pastry

- Places ice cream over it

- Now cover the ice cream with rest of beaten egg whites. Make sure that the entire ice cream is completely enclosed in egg whites and there's no opening left. Shape it as desired

- Place in middle rack of oven with upper heat on. Bake at 200 degrees for three to four minutes till the egg whites are golden brown.

- Serve hot with desired fruits and topping.

You can use any ready made puffs available in local bakeries 🙂
