Preheat the oven for 10 minutes, meanwhile grease baking tray and place split Puff pastry/ bakar khani over it as shown in picture
Beat egg whites till stiff
Add sugar and vanilla essence and beat more
Place Portion of beaten egg white over puff pastry
Places ice cream over it
Now cover the ice cream with rest of beaten egg whites. Make sure that the entire ice cream is completely enclosed in egg whites and there’s no opening left. Shape it as desired
Place in middle rack of oven with upper heat on. Bake at 200 degrees for three to four minutes till the egg whites are golden brown.
