Sheer Khurma
Ingredients
- 1.5 Liter Milk
- 5 - 6 Tablespoons Powdered Milk Or Khoya
- 2 Tablespoon Rice Soaked Overnight
- 1 Piece Coconut Soaked and Peeled
- 1/2 Cup Almonds Peeled and Chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Pistachio Chopped
- 4 Tablespoon Cashew Chopped
- 3+3 Green Cardamom Ilaichi
- 3/4 Cup vermicellis Crushed
- 2 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 Cup Sugar (Powdered) Or as desired

- Blend all the ingredients except vermicellis, butter, sugar and 3 cardamoms



- In a pan, heat the butter and fry 3 green cardamom and fry vermicellis in it

- Pour over the blended mixture

- Cook over high heat till the mixture comes to a boil. Keep stirring continously

- Lower down the heat and cook till the mixture thickens. Stir occasionally. Add sugar.

- The consistency of Sheer Khurma isnt thick like custard, rather its runny

- Garnish with the nuts of your choice
