  1. Blend all the ingredients except vermicellis, butter, sugar and 3 cardamoms
  2. In a pan, heat the butter and fry 3 green cardamom and fry vermicellis in it
  3. Pour over the blended mixture
  4. Cook over high heat till the mixture comes to a boil. Keep stirring continously
  5. Lower down the heat and cook till the mixture thickens. Stir occasionally. Add sugar.
  6. The consistency of Sheer Khurma isnt thick like custard, rather its runny
  7. Garnish with the nuts of your choice
