Ingredients
For Falafel
For Sandwich
For Dip Sauce
Chili Sauce for sandwich

Instructions
  1. Soak Chickpeas for 24 hours in water and 1 Tablespoon Salt. Strain them
  2. Blend the strained chickpeas and all ingredients given in ingredients "For Falafel" section well
  3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, cover it in plastic wrap and let it rest in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours
  4. Make balls out of the mixture, heat the oil and fry them over medium heat till they are golden and crisp
  5. you can also make them in patties shape for sandwiches and shallow fry them
  6. To make dip sauce, blend all the ingredients mentioned in "For Dip Sauce" section and adjust the spices and salt accordingly
  7. Serve Falafel with dip sauce
For Sandwich
  1. If you are following Nano's Recipes pita bread then make a thick pita bread as you have to split it, otherwise ready made pita bread divide it into halves and split each half open as shown in pictures
  2. To make Chili sauce mix/blend all the ingredients mentioned in "For Chili Sauce" section
  3. Apply the chili sauce inside pita bread's pocket
  4. Add Falafel patties and all the filings and top with Falafel Dip sauce
  5. You can also add vinegar dipped Cucumber and carrot slices if you desire
  6. If your Pita bread is thin then just roll it with fillings
