Spicy Beans
Ingredients
Water
- 300 gms Green Beans Washed and Ends cut off
- 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- Water As required
For Gravy
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 Teaspoon olive oil Or any other oil
- 1 Teaspoon garlic Crushed
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Paste Crushed
- 1 Chicken Cube
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Startch Dissolved in 3 - 4 Tablespoons of water
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1/4th Cup Chilli Garlic Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Honey
- Spring Onions For garnishing
Sauce
- 2 Cup Mayonaise
- 2 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic Crushed
- 1/2 Onion Finely Chopped Soaked in vinegar
- 2 Tablespoon Cucumber Soaked in vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Honey/Brown Sugar

Instructions
- Boil water in a pan with baking soda and boil beans in it till tender

- Strain them

- Heat sesame and olive oil and fry ginger and garlic in it a little

- Add all the rest of the ingredients in gravy section except corn starch mixture

- Bring to boil so that everything is cooked and chicken cube is dissolved

- Add the corn starch mixture to thicken the gravy to your desired consistency

- Add the boiled beans and cook till the mixture coats the beans well

- Garnish with spring onions

- Mix all the ingredients mention in the sauce section. Strain the soaked onions and cucumbers well before adding them to the sauce.

- Serve them hot and spice up your meal
