Stuffed Zucchini
Ingredients
Main Ingredents
- 8-10 Zucchini (Marro Kaddu)
- 2 Onions Medium sized finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic Paste
- Curry Leaves a few
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Crushed Chilies
- 1 Tablespoon Dry Coriander Roasted and crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Roasted and crushed
- 3/4 Cup Tomato Pury
- Salt to taste
- Coriander Leaves Crushed (Hara Dhania)
- 2 Green Chilies Chopped
For Filling
- 1/2 Kg Minced Meat Chicken or Beef
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilies Powder or Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander leaves Finely chopped
Servings: People
Instructions
- Cook minced meat with all the ingredients mentioned in the Ingredients for filling section till all the water dries up and meat is cooked. Adjust spices according to your taste

- Peel all Zucchinis and split them in two halves

- With the help of Knife, scoop out the inner pulp out as much as you can without damaging the zucchini

- Keep the pulp aside


- Fill them with cook minced meat and close the end by using the pulp or leave it as it is, its up to your choice


- In a Pan, heat oil add saute onions and add ginger garlic paste, the left over scooped out pulp of zucchini and rest of the ingredients mentioned in "Main Ingredients" section

- Add little water, adjust salt according to your taste

- Arrange Zucchini on the gravy and cover the Pan with the lid, let it cook on low heat till its done

- Sprinkle Fresh Green Coriander and Chopped green chilies at the end
