Cook minced meat with all the ingredients mentioned in the Ingredients for filling section till all the water dries up and meat is cooked. Adjust spices according to your taste
Peel all Zucchinis and split them in two halves
With the help of Knife, scoop out the inner pulp out as much as you can without damaging the zucchini
Keep the pulp aside
Fill them with cook minced meat and close the end by using the pulp or leave it as it is, its up to your choice
In a Pan, heat oil add saute onions and add ginger garlic paste, the left over scooped out pulp of zucchini and rest of the ingredients mentioned in “Main Ingredients” section
Add little water, adjust salt according to your taste
Arrange Zucchini on the gravy and cover the Pan with the lid, let it cook on low heat till its done
Sprinkle Fresh Green Coriander and Chopped green chilies at the end
