Sizzling Skillet Brownie
Ingredients
Ingredients for Brownie
- 100 gms Butter
- 4 Ounces Chocolate
- 6 Eggs
- 1 Cup Sugar Ground
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Coffee Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 Cups Walnuts Coarsely Crushed
Ingredients for Chocolate Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 Tablespoon Coco Powder
- 2 Tablespoon Sugar

Instructions
- Prepare your baking dish by greasing it well with butter
- Sieve flour and add salt and baking powder to it
- In a bowl, microwave butter and chocolate till they melt.
- Mix them together and let it cool
- Beat eggs till they are very foamy
- Add sugar and vanilla essence.
- Beat well
- Add coffee powder, and cooled chocolate and butter mixture
- Beat them well
- Add in the flour mixture and the ground walnuts
- Mix them well
- Pour in the mixture into the prepared tray.
- Top with walnuts
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for approximately 30 minutes or till your pick comes out clean
- Cut into brownies of your desired size
Preparing Chocolate Sauce
- Mix all ingredients and cook on very low heat till the mixture thickens
Serving on Skillet
- Heat the sizzling plate on flame
- If your brownie has cooled down then microwave it for few seconds so that it becomes warm
- Once the sizzling plate is ready, put it carefully on its wooden frame
- Place the brownie on the plate and put an ice cream scoop on top
- Spread the bananas on the sizzling plate and pour over chocolate syrup
- Serve it right away.
