Pizza Burger & Mini Pizza Burger
Is that a burger?, Is that a pizza? What if its both? Yes, we bring you Pizza burger. Treat your family and friends with this scrumptious treat 🙂
Ingredients
For Burger Patties
- 1/2 kg Chicken Minced
- 1 Onion medium
- 4 - 5 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Paste
- 2 - 3 Green Chillies
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes Adjust accordingly
- 1 Tablespoon Corriander Seeds Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds Roasted and Ground
- Salt To taste
- Red Chilli Powder To Taste
For Filling and Topping
- 1 Cup Cheddar Shredded or Sliced
- 1 Cup Mozarella Cheese Shredded or Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Green/Black Olives Well Drained
- 1/2 Cup Italian/Pizza Sauce Or as required
- Oregano As desired
- 50 gms Butter Or as desired

Instructions
- Warm milk and add yeast and sugar into it. Let it sit for 5 - 10 minutes until the yeast dissolves
- Add in egg oil and 1 cup of flour and beat it well using a beater
- Add rest of the flour and salt and knead it well into a smooth dough with your hands.
- Cover the dough with damp cloth and let it rest in some warm place for an hour or so till the dough doubles

Preparing Patties
- Chop all the ingredients mentioned in "For Burger Patties" section and make thick patties of your desired size. Make small patties for mini burgers

- Heat 1 to 2 tablespoon oil and cook patties till golden and let them cool

- Divide the dough in four halves, each half can be divided in to three mini doughs
- Roll out each half, apply some italian sauce or pizza sauce and add some cheese, you can also use some mustard paste if you desire . P.s Pizza Sauce recipe can be found in deep dish pizza recipe given below in recipe notes)

- Add olives and place the cooked burger patty over it

- Top it with shredded cheese and sprinkle oregano over it

- Gather all the edges in the center, seal and merge them well


- Brush generously with butter

- Apply some pizza sauce on the top and top it with little cheese, when the patties are done then place them on generously greased (preferably with butter) baking tray. Let them rise for 15 minutes


- Bake them in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes till they are golden



For Mini Burgers
- Divide each portions into small three portions and roll out each of them. Repeat the process as given above till filling, Gather the edges and shape them into a burger

- When they are done, let them rise for 10 minutes, meanwhile heat the oil

- When oil is done fry the mini burgers over low heat for 10-15 minutes till they are done, serve with french fries (french fries recipe given below in notes)
