Imli Chuttney (Tamarind Sauce)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Tamarind (Imli)
- 3 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 Tablespoon Red Chilli Flakes
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds Roasted and Ground
- 5 - 6 Mint Leaves Crushed
- 1/4 Cup Water

Instructions
- To make tamarind paste, boil tamarind in water

- After the tamarind paste has been extracted, strain it out and mix in the rest of the ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes.

- A yummy and easy chutney is ready!
