Pina Colada Revani Cake (Semolina Cake)
We bring you famous turkish dessert Revani cake. It is improvised version. 🙂
Ingredients
- 1 Cup All Purpose flour
- 1 Cup Sooji (Semolina)
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Cup Sugar sandy ground
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Shredded
- 1 pack Sour cream (200 ml cream + 2 Tablespoon Vinegar)
- 100 gm Butter
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 Can Pineapple

Instructions
- Butter 10x10" dish
- Mix flour,salt,semolina (sooji), and baking powder, set it on side

- In separate bowl beat butter and sugar and add eggs in it

- Add sour cream to the mixture.

- Chop 2 - 3 tablespoon of pineapple and add to the mixture

- Add coconut, flour and sooji mixture and beat well


- Pour into the dish and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes till tooth pick comes out clean

- Let it cool a little

- Take out all juice from pineapple can, cut the cake into portions

- Pour the pineapple juice over it

- Garnish each portion with chopped pineapples
