(200 ml cream + 2 Tablespoon Vinegar)

Instructions
Butter 10×10″ dish
Mix flour,salt,semolina (sooji), and baking powder, set it on side
In separate bowl beat butter and sugar and add eggs in it
Add sour cream to the mixture.
Chop 2 – 3 tablespoon of pineapple and add to the mixture
Add coconut, flour and sooji mixture and beat well
Pour into the dish and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes till tooth pick comes out clean
Let it cool a little
Take out all juice from pineapple can, cut the cake into portions
Pour the pineapple juice over it
Garnish each portion with chopped pineapples
