  1. Butter 10×10″ dish
  2. Mix flour,salt,semolina (sooji), and baking powder, set it on side
  3. In separate bowl beat butter and sugar and add eggs in it
  4. Add sour cream to the mixture.
  5. Chop 2 – 3 tablespoon of pineapple and add to the mixture
  6. Add coconut, flour and sooji mixture and beat well
  7. Pour into the dish and bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes till tooth pick comes out clean
  8. Let it cool a little
  9. Take out all juice from pineapple can, cut the cake into portions
  10. Pour the pineapple juice over it
  11. Garnish each portion with chopped pineapples
