Meat Loaf
Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Minced Chicken/Beef
- 1/2-1 Cup Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Onion Medium
- 2 Green Chilies
- 2 Slices Bread (Toasted)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Chilies
- 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala
- 1 Tablespoon White Cumin Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Roasted and Ground
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Coriander (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste
- Milk
- Oregano
For Suace
- 4 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion Small
- 5-6 Cloves garlic
- Few Potato Pieces Finely Cut
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Oregano
- Red Color

Instructions
- Chop onion and chilies in a chopper.
- Strain them well after chopping so that all of the water is drained out.

- Again place the drained onion in chopper
- Add toasted bread slices, egg, ginger garlic paste and all spices

- Mix this mixture with two tablespoons oil into the minced chicken with hands. In case you are using beef, then mix all this in a chopper

- Grease baking tray well.
- Spread the meat mixture on the baking tray.

- Place the shredded cheese in the middle, season with oregano and shape it into a loaf


- Beat the egg and a little milk and give the meat loaf egg wash

- Bake it in preheated oven at 180 degree C for 20 minutes. (This temperature is for electric oven. Adjust your temperature according to your oven)

- Top the loaf with red sauce and season with Oregano and bake it further for 5 minutes. Serve it hot 🙂

For Sauce
- In one tablespoon oil, saute onion and cloves
- Add tomatoes, potato pieces, and cook a little
- Turn all this in your blender and blend well. Add some water if needed
- Strain the mixture and turn it in to the pan over heat again

- Add salt, chilies, little pinch of red color
- Cook till thick and add Oregano at the end
