Pizza Cones
Ingredients
For Filling
- 1 Cup Small Chicken pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Chinese Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 Crushed Green Chili
- 1/2 Capsicum medium sized and chopped
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 6-7 Olives Chopped
- 2 Tablespoon Boiled Corn
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- Oregano For sprinkling
For Paste
- 6 cloves garlic
- 3 Tomatoes
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilies
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Red Food Color a drop

Instructions
For Making Cone Structure
- You will need some empty Tetra packs or any card

- Shape the cards in the form of cones and wrap them with aluminium foil as shown in the photos

Preparing Dough
- Sieve flour with salt
- Warm milk dissolve the yeast in it. Add sugar, then butter
- Beat this mixture with a beater and add one cup flour and beat it
- Then add rest of the flour and knead it with hands in order to form a smooth dough

- Put the dough in a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth Leave it for an hour or so until the dough rises

- Punch back the dough and divide it into two equal halves
- Roll out each half into a circle
- Cut it into four equal pieces like shown

- Grease the surface with oil or butter Also grease the aluminium foil covering of the cone
- Wrap one slice of the dough around each cone. Cut off the excess part of the dough

- Carefully merge the outer end of the dough properly. Also merge it at the bottom so that no opening is left

- Now grease the dough covering from outside and place it on a greased wire rack so that the side you desire to be in front is on the rack face down

- The pattern you get on the cone depends upon the placement of the cone on the wire rack

- Let it bake for 10 minutes, then carefully take out the cone structure by tapping them gently from the bottom of the rack

- Continue baking the cones for 10 minutes in upside down position so that it is cooked from the inside. This is no problem in electric/automatic ovens
- Take out the cones and let them cool

Preparing the Filling
- In a pan, heat chicken pieces with 1 Tablespoon garlic ginger paste, and cook till dry. Take out in a bowl, and mash it with hands

- In the pan heat 1 tablespoon butter with 1 tablespoon flour and add 1/4 cup milk.

- Add half chicken cube and remove from the fire once dissolved Add chicken, green chili and all spices and vegetables and cook a little

Preparing the Pizza Sauce
- Saute onion and garlic in 2 tablespoon oil
- Add chopped tomatoes, cook a little and turn it into a blender and blend it well
- You have to add little bit water to blend it well
- Pour in the pan again and cook it till it thickens, add spices and food color if you desire
Filling of the Cones
- Grease the outer side of cones with butter/oil
- Pour some Pizza Sauce, spread it with the help of a brush or with the back of a spoon inside the cone

- Add some cheese, then add the filling

- Then add some pizza sauce, and top it with cheese and sprinkle with Oregano

- Place them on the baking tray and bake for another 10 minutes
