- 1-1/2 Tbs Baking Soda
- 1 Cup Hot Water

- 8 Tbs Molten Butter
- 3 Tbs Seasame Seeds
- Pinch Salt

Instructions
- Before you start with this recipe, grease the baking tray and dust it with flour.

- Warm one cup milk and add the yeast. Keep it covered for 2 minutes Add 2 tablespoons of sugar butter and 1 cup flour in mixture and beat it with a wooden spoon so that all the lumps are smoothly mixed Add rest of 1-1/2 cup flour and knead it well Cover the bowl and let it rise for one hour Roll out the dough and cut into 6 equal strips. You can use a knife or pizza cutter for this

- Now roll each strip into a rope nearly 30” long. Work it out with rolling your palms and fingers

- Shape this rope into a pretzel shape as shown in the images



- Dip it in Soda solution and place them on the baking tray Sprinkle the pretzels with sesame seeds and salt

- Sprinkle the pretzels with sesame seeds and salt

- When all pretzels are done, let them rise for 15 minutes. Place them in preheated oven with a temperature setting of 375 degree F
- Bake the pretzels for 10 - 12 minutes
- Take out each pretzel and dip it into molten butter

- Serve these right away to enjoy the warm and buttery flavors
