Ingredients
- 1 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1 Cup Rice Flour
- 3/4 Cup All Purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoons Samolina (Sooji)
- 20 gms Dry Milk Powder (2 Tablespoons)
- 1 pinch Salt
- Baking Soda just tip of a teaspoon
- 1/4 Teaspoon Cinamon Powder
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sesame Seeds (As desired)

- Mix all ingredients except Sesame Seeds


- Mixture will be little moist. Leave it for 20 - 25 minutes so that the sugar gives off water
- Now Knead it well, you can add few drops of milk if needed. Refrigerate it for a while so that it settles down

- Moisten your hands with water. Make small balls. Remember they will almost double in size

- Roll them in sesame seeds properly and reshape them so that they are well coated

- Heat oil. Test it by dropping a piece of dough. If it is done, the dough piece will pop up. Turn heat to medium and fry the dough balls till they are golden

- Initially you can fry a test ball so that you get to know how much the size increases after frying. Also you'll know which temperature is suitable for frying.

- Serve them hot! You'll love them. Trust us 🙂
