  1. Microwave butter for appx 10 seconds so that it gets soft
  2. Add 2 Tablespoon flour and beat till creamy
  3. Place this mixture in freezer for 1/2 hour till it becomes solid
  4. Mix salt with 1-3/4 cup flour, knead it into a hard dough with 1/2 cup of water. Knead well till smooth
  5. Cover the dough and place it in freezer for 20 - 25 minutes
  6. Roll out the dough and spread 1/3rd portion of butter over it
  7. Fold it into square as shown in picture
  8. Cover the dough and butter, place them back in freezer for 30 minutes
  9. Again roll it
  10. Apply another 1/3rd of butter mixture fold it again into a square as previously
  11. Place it again in freezer for 30 minutes and again repeat the above steps and use the remaining butter
  12. Fold it again into square and keep it refrigerator for overnight
  13. Puff Pastry is ready to use
