Instructions
Recipe for Cream Cheese
  1. Warm 1/2 Liter milk and add 1 Pack cream cream in it and heat it till your finger can tolerate its heat
  2. In a bowl put half cup yogurt.
  3. Pour over the warm mixture of milk and cream
  4. Mix it and cover the bowl and place it in a warm place for a few hours
  5. When the mixture turns into yogurt, strain it in muslin cloth. Tie it and hang it for a few hours or over night
Recipe for Mascarpone Cheese
  1. Warm 1 Cup milk & 1 Cheese over low heat till bubble appear
  2. Add lemon juice, it will separate
  3. Strain in muslin cloth
  4. Tie it and place it refrigerator for few hours or over night
Caramel Sauce
  1. Heat butter and add sugar. Heat it till it melts and turns brown.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Let it cool and add cream
  4. Turn it back to heat
  5. Cook till all sugar is dissolved and cream is well mixed with cream
  6. Add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time to achieve the desired consistency
  7. You can also add coco powder to give it chocolate flavor
Method
  1. Beat cream in a bowl till fluffy
  2. Add cream cheese, Mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla essence
  3. Beat till fluffy Adjust sugar accordingly
  4. Put it in a covered bowl and freeze in freezer
  5. Prepare the serving plate with fruits and sauce
  6. Beat the egg whites till fluffy
  7. Mix and put crushed and ground corn flakes in a plate
  8. Also add the walnuts (optional)
  9. Heat the oil and test it with corn flakes
  10. When everything is prepared and ready then only take out the ice cream from the freezer
  11. Scoop out a ball of ice cream and shape it with hands
  12. Dip the ball in egg whites and then roll it in nuts (optional) then in corn flakes
  13. Repeat if you want it to be more crispy
  14. Put it in hot oil fry it all around till it turns beautiful golden brown
  15. Take your time while frying and dont get panicked that the ice cream will melt off. It wont.
  16. Serve it hot on the prepared plate. Enjoy! 🙂
Recipe Notes

You can also use any ice cream available in the market but freeze it very well so that it is very hard when you scoop it out.
