Marble Cake
Ingredients
- 200 gms Butter
- 1 cup Sugar (200 gms) Ground
- 5 Eggs Whites and Yolks Seperated
- 2/3 Cups Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 2 Cups All Purpose flour
- 2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
- 2 Tablespoon Coco Powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Coffee

Instructions
- Grease the mold and use greased butter paper so that its easier to take the cake out once baked

- Mix together sieved flour, baking powder and salt
- Separate Egg yolks and egg whites. First, beat egg whites until they are stiff

- Mix together butter and sugar

- Beat them till they are creamy

- Add egg yolks and vanilla essence and beat them

- Add milk and flour mixture gradually (in 3 portions) and beat them

- Fold in the beaten egg whites into the mixture

- Take out 1/3rd of the mixture and add in coco powder and coffee. Mix well

- Pour half of the white mixture into the prepared pan. Then pour in the chocolate mixture

- Now pour in the rest of the white mixture

- With the help of a spatula, slightly make a swirl in the cake mixture once. Tap the pan so that all the air bubbles are released

- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 40 - 45 minutes. Adjust heat according to your oven.

- Take out the cake from the pan

- Serve the pieces to show off the marble texture 🙂
