Chicken Cheese Pops
Ingredients
- Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese Shredded in equal ammounts
- 1/2 KG Minced Chicken
- 1 Onion
- 1 Green Chili
- 1 Tablespoon Coriander Powder Roasted and Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Roasted and Crushed
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilies Crushed
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 Tablespoon Tandoori Masala
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Shashlik sticks

Instructions
- Put the minced chicken in strainer so that if there is any water in the chicken, it drains out
- Chop onions and green chilies and strain them

- Add these to minced chicken

- Add all spices except cheese

- On a shashlik stick from a center with cheese and then cover it with minced meat to form a pop


- Grease and oil pan and cook both sides it till its done

- Oil the pops during grilling

- If on grill press them to have impression on each side

Adjust spices according to your taste. You can also make burgers using these.
