Instructions
In a pan add all ingredients of syrup and let it cook till all sugar dissolves well
In another pan, heat oil with green cardamoms
Add sooji/semolina and fry it
Add 2 Tablespoons flour and fry till it is beautiful golden
Lower heat and carefully add some syrup first. When it stops sizzling add the rest of the syrup and cook while stirring
Cook, till it becomes thick and hot
Keep stirring so that it doesn’t stick to the pan and gives off oil
Add raisins and chopped dry fruits
