  1. Peel off the butternut squashes
  2. Grate both of them
  3. Put them on medium heat. No need to add any water, they will release moisture once heated
  4. Add in the red chilli flakes and thyme and mix them well. Take it off of heat as soon as the water dries up
  5. To get rid of the strong taste of onions, wash them with salt
  6. Prepare your vegetables
  7. Blend the yogurt and mix in the salt, pepper and chaat masala
  8. Add the vegetables
  9. Mix them and the raita is ready
