Preparing Chicken
  1. Split each breast from the middle more than half way through. Open it like a book so that you an get a larger piece (which will be exposed to frying)
  2. Marinate it in above mentioned spices for an hour
  3. Strain excess water from the marinated chicken and add beaten egg to it. Dont over strain it. Moisture absorbed by chicken is very important
  4. Heat oil in pressure cooker
  5. Mix flour, salt, black pepper and thyme
  6. Roll each chicken piece well into flour mixture working with your fingers
  7. Make sure that the flour is very well coated with the flour
  8. Test the oil by dropping a piece in it. If it pop ups, the oil is ready for frying
  9. Put chicken pieces in the oil and close the lid. Place pressure weight and note the time. After exactly 3 minutes, take cooker off of the flame, release pressure carefully and remove the lid. (3 minutes is the total cook time just after putting the lid of cooker)
  10. If the pieces need more frying, place the cooker back on the heat (without the lid) and fry till they are done
Assembling Burger

  4. Cover it with lid and place it on low heat so that the cheese melts

  6. Take out the chicken piece, cheese and bun that was being cooked and place it on top of the lower bun
