Soak the red chillies in water for 3 – 4 hours. Take out its seeds.
Chop them into a smooth paste
Mix all the ingredients of marination section. Set aside for 15 – 20 minutes
Fry the marinated chicken over high heat for 2 – 3 minutes so that it remains juicy and do not become crisp and dry
Heat 2 Tablespoon oil and stir fry the vegetables a little.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tablespoon oil, fry garlic and ginger a little.
Add in the chopped red chillies
Add half cup water, soy sauce, chicken cubes, salt, chilli garlic sauce, white pepper, chineese salt, ketchup and vinegar. Adjust the flavors according to your taste
