Instructions
Soak the steak slices in water salt and baking soda for 1 – 2 hours
Blend all the ingredients mentioned in the marination section
Strain excess water of the steaks and mix the marination blend into the steak slices. Marinate this overnight
Mix all the ingredients from the Topping Sauce section and refrigerate it
Mix all the ingredients of salad
Refrigerate this too
Mix all the ingredients from the dough section and knead it with water. Make sure its firm. Set aside for 15 – 20 minutes
Divide the dough into small balls according to the required size. Roll out each ball into a thin circle
Cook each of them on both sides like chapatti
When you want to make tacos preheat your oven to 200 degree C. Dampen the tortilla and set them on wire rack as shown in the image
Bake them for 15 minutes so that they become firm and crisp
Heat the grill or pan and oil it thoroughly. Cook the steaks on medium high heat
During cooking apply olive oil on each side. Take them out once done
Put each steak piece inside the prepared taco
Top it with the prepared sauce
Put on the salad
Serve them right away 🙂
