Cook the blended mixture in a pan on medium heat till the mixture thickens. Keep stirring while its being cooked. Adjust sugar according to your desire
This is how the cooked mixture should look
Put all the mixture in a bowl and let it cool. Keep the bowl in the freezer for 1 – 2 hours or till it is semi frozen. Take out some of the mixture for Qulfi Falooda.
Take out the bowl from the freezer and beat it again. This step prevents Qulfi from getting icy
At this stage you can also add cream to the mixture if you want your qulfi to be more creamy (Optional)
Add the mixtures to the molds
Cover them carefully and freeze it till the qulfi is done. If the Qulfi is frozen for a long time it becomes icy as it is frozen without the help of a machine
Stir the mold in warm water so that Qulfi comes out easily
For Qulfi Faloda, add Roh Affza in the base
Then add some fruits
Add in the mixture that was taken out earlier
Add your Qulfi
Top with Roh Afzah, fruits, basil seeds, Falooda and nuts
