  2. Remove from the heat and add crushed red chilies and black pepper.
  3. Now in a pan, heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon flour.
  4. Then add half cup soup. If you don’t have soup, add 1/2 cup milk and half chicken cube
  5. Remove from heat and stir so that all lumps are well dissolved. Add the cooked minced meat into this mixture and cook again. Keep your filling moist and easy to fill. You can adjust spices according to your taste.
Recipe for Dough
  1. Melt the butter slightly and beat it till it becomes fluffy. Add the corn flour little by little while beating the butter till all the corn flour is added. Then refrigerate.
  2. Knead the flour + salt with water. Make sure that the dough is not too soft. Refrigerate this dough also for some time.
  3. Divide the dough into six balls. Roll out each ball and apply butter on it.
  4. Fold it into a square shape as shown in the images by applying the butter mixture into each fold.
  5. Refrigerate these squares for half to one hour
Making the Kachorees:
  1. Slightly roll out the dough and using your finger tips tap the edges to make them thinner
  2. Gather the edges and merge them so that no hole is left by tapping them securely into the center.
  3. Shape your kachorees.
  4. Fry the kachorees by placing the sealed end at the bottom. Toss oil on top frequently so that the layers on the top side are also cooked. Flip the side after the bottom side is done.
