Instructions
Make smooth dough with ingredients mentioned in “For Dough” section.
Cover with damp cloth and let it rise for 2 to 3 hours
Apply salt (quantity mentioned in Filling ingredients) to the shredded radish and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain all the water from radish by pressing it between your hands. Check the salt level. Add more if required
Add all the ingredients mentioned in “For Filling section” and mix well. Adjust spice level accordingly
Take out two equal portions from the dough and make dough balls out of them
Roll out both of them into equal sized circles as much as you can
Apply molten butter on each half
Spread filling on one half and place the other one over it
Press the edges well so that it is sealed
Make the flour and milk mixture, apply on the top and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Place the Naan on well greased pan with butter. Tap with your hand to spread it as much as you can. Apply molten butter on top
Bake for 20 Minutes over high heat (220 degrees) till its done
You can also make it with flour of your choice and you can also top it with any preferred topping e.g mint, parsley or cheese etc.
