  1. Chop all the ingredients mentioned in “For Meat Balls” in chopper
  2. Make Meat Balls out of the mixture
For Gravy
  1. Fry onions in oil and add tomatoes to it and cook a little
  2. Blend them well in blender with 1/2 cup of yogurt
  3. Cut the potatoes in square pieces and boil them
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry meat balls and add ginger garlic paste
  5. Add the blended gravy to it and cook till gravy thickens
  6. Add boiled potatoes to it
  7. Add Sukhi methi, curry leaves, green chilies, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric/haldi and cook till mixture gives off the oil
  8. Add a little water to the gravy and let it cook for 5 – 10 minutes
  9. Add crush green chilies, jullian cut ginger and chopped dhania/cilantro and cool for 4 to 5 minutes
