Instructions
Ginger Lemonade: Preparing Syrup
Peel and wash the ginger and slice them and blend it with lemon juice
Then strain the lemon juice and add the strained juice to the syrup
Cook till the syrup comes to boil. Add a pinch of yellow food color and few drops of lemon essence. You can adjust their quantities as desired.
Cook a little and then allow the syrup to cool down. Freeze or refrigerate it.
How to Make Ginger Lemonade Drink
Scoop out frozen Ginger lemonade syrup
Blend it with water, and pinch of black salt.
Your Ginger lemonade is ready! 🙂
