Ingredients
For Milk Mixture
  • 1/2Kg Milk
  • 250gm Khoyaor left over burfi or 1 cup dry milk + 200 ml of cream
  • 100gm Almonds
  • Sugaras required
For Topping
Instructions
  1. In butter, fry cardamoms till it gives fragrance. Add clove and star spice
  2. Add shredded carrots and give it a stir
  3. Continue cooking covered at very low heat till the carrots are tender
  4. When carrots are tender, dry the access water over medium heat
  5. Blend khoya or burfi with milk. You can also use 1 cup of dried milk + 200 ml of cream. Add this mixture to the cooked carrots. And cook over high heat till the mixture is dry and gives off oil. You can also add more oil to it.
  6. Add sugar according to your taste and then add all the toppings
  7. Serve hot.
