Now keep on mixing milk and flour mixture alternatively till mixture is done
You can also beat all ingredients in one go. There wont be a problem
Divide batter in 4 plastic bags equally as recipe is for 4 cakes
Heat the oil to medium heat and test it by dropping a drop of batter in it. If it pops up, oil is ready
Now cut an end of the plastic bag to make a hole and go on pouring batter in oil in haphazard circles and then zing zag till the whole batter is squeezed out In other words make any random pattern to fill in some of the holes. Leave the rest.
Let it cook for a minute and turn the side. Fry until both sides are beautiful golden
It is your choice to keep it soft or make it crunchy. To make it crunchier, fry it longer till it achieves the golden brown color
Take it out when ready and dust it with icing sugar when its very hot.
Put a scoop of ice cream on top right away and serve it with the toppings of your choice.
