Instructions
Marinate chicken in 1 egg, corn flour, salt, Chinese salt, & black pepper
Fry in hot oil for 2 minutes and strain
In sesame oil, fry ginger garlic paste and add red chilies
Add onions, capsicum and green onions. Stir a little
Add fried chicken and chicken cubes dissolved in water
Also, add soy sauce and tomato puree
Then add corn flour + water as required.
Stir it and serve hot. Enjoy 🙂
