Instructions
  1. Heat 1 Tablespoon butter and add garlic to it, add flour and cook a little
  2. Take off from the flame and add milk. You can also use apple juice in that case don’t use sugar. Dissolve all the flour lumps, put back on low heat, add all other spices except lemon juice. Cook till the mixture is thick
  3. Add cheese and cook till dissolved
  4. Add lemon at the end and adjust the consistency. If it is thick then add little milk
  5. Pour into Fondue bowl and place it over candle flame
  6. Use this dip with desired vegetables or bread of your choice
