Instructions
  1. Marinate the chicken using the rest of the ingredients mentioned in the marination section. Leave it for marination for 15 – 20 minutes at least
  2. Shallow fry the chicken on medium high heat. Each side will take 1 – 2 minutes
  3. Fry the onions in oil till they turn golden. Add tomatoes, Cook till soft
  4. Blend these with yogurt
  5. In some oil, fry star spice, ginger garlic paste, curry leaves, bay leaves, cloves, pepper corn and whole red chillies. Fry a little
  6. Add the blended gravy to it
  7. Cook till it thicken and is about to give off oil. At this stage add all the spices mentioned in the Spices Section and cook till it gives off oil
  8. Add tomato purree and mix
  9. Then add cream so that mixture is smooth
  10. Add fried chicken to it and adjust spices accordingly.
  11. Cook till all the flavors are merged well and it gives off oil
  12. Serve hot with toppings
