Instructions
Heat Sugar in a pan on low heat till it melts and turns brown
Remove from heat, add butter and cook again till its mixed
Add cream and once cooked add walnuts, salt and vanilla essence. Allow it to cool down
Meanwhile beat butter and sugar, add egg
Knead in flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla essence
Set your dough in pie dish working with your fingers
Make holes in base with a fork
Bake at 180 Degrees according to your oven specs for 15 minutes
Take it out of the oven and punch with fork if any air accumulates in the base.
Fill with Walnut filling and bake for another 10 minutes
Your pie is ready
