Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Put all tomatoes, onions, garlic cloves, 3 green chilies on a tray and bake it for 20 minutes on 200 degrees
  2. Now take them out and let them cool.
  3. Peel off the skins of tomatoes and garlic cloves
  4. Put all the baked ingredients in the chopper and add 1 cup coriander and 1 green chili, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and chop it till you get your desired consistency.
For Nachos
  1. Combine corn meal with all spices
  2. Add water and beat well to get smooth gravy like pan cakes. Add more water if it is thick
  3. Let it sit for 10 – 15 minutes. Beat again. If it thickens add more water
  4. Heat a pan and grease it
  5. Take it off from flame and add 2 – 3 Tablespoons of gravy. Spread it on pan carefully using your fingers
  6. Return it to heat and cook it well and flip the side with the help of spatula. Cook this side well.
  7. Let it cool and cut in triangular shapes like shown in photo.
  8. Fry them in oil.
Method for Crisps:
  1. Mix all spices in flour and knead well with warm water to get a smooth dough
  2. Let the dough rest for 10 – 15 minutes
  3. Divide the dough into three balls and dust the surface
  4. Roll out each ball and cut small circular shapes using a cutter or any lid
  5. Now roll each circle as thin as you can
  6. Fry them in oil
