  1. Cut out pulp of plum and mango and freeze them. Mango chunks is added just to add sweetness
  2. Blend them with 1-1/2 glass of cold water, pinch salt and brown sugar
  3. If pulp is well frozen then there’s no need of ice cubes
  4. In this way you will get concentrated smoothie
