Instructions
For Dough
Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk until it dissolves
Add butter, egg and 1 cup flour, beat them well
Add rest of flour and salt and knead into a soft dough. Use some warm water if needed
Cover the bowl with damp cloth and place it in a warm place for an hour or so till the dough rises.
Preparing Filling
Marinate chicken in all spices and cook over high heat till dry
Pizza Sauce
Heat oil and fry onion and garlic till sauted
Add chopped tomatoes and cook a little
Blend the mixture and strain it, Put it back in the pan
Cook the strained paste and add the rest of the ingredients mentioned in “For Pizza Sauce” section, cook till its thick
Assembling
Roll out dough
Grease your cooking pan generously
Set rolled dough at the base of pan. To make base thin or thick is your choice
Make some cuts in the dough
Cover the pan with tight lid and place over very low heat. Cook for 8-10 minutes
Take off from heat, now add some butter on the top and flip the side of the dough so that cooked side face is up and apply pizza sauce on top.
Add chicken, olives onions and capsicums and retur to heat.
In other pan, heat one tablespoon flour with 1 tablespoon Butter and cook a little, add 3/4 milk. Cook till it is thick.
Add cheese and cook till it reaches your desired consistency
Pour this mixture over the pizza and sprinkle oregano,
Cover with lid and cook again over low heat for approximately 10-15 minutes till your pizza is done.
