Beat whites first until stiff, then add yolks

Instructions
Beat egg whites until they are foamy and then add lemon juice
Continue beating till it gets stiff
Add olive oil, crushed chilies, Chicken cube, Chinese salt, black pepper, soy sauce, and the add flour and milk alternatively till all is beaten well.
Heat the pan, grease it well with 1 – 2 tablespoons of oil and lower the heat
Add all toppings and sprinkle cheese in the end and top it with Oregano
Cover the lid and cook over low heat for 15 minutes
