Instructions
Peel the mangoes and slice them as desired. Discard the seeds of mangoes
In a pan, slightly roast cumin, coriander, fennel seeds, whole red chilies,
Coarsely grind the roasted spices along with the rest of the spices except mustard seeds
Heat the oil well
Add curry leaves and mustard seeds to the oil
Add mangoes and fry a little
Add all the spices
Along with garlic
Add sugar
In the end add lemon juice
Mix well and cook a little (Approximately 1 minute)
Your Instant Achaar is ready! 🙂
Store it in an air tight container and refrigerate
