Homemade Chaat Masala

  1. Heat your pan and roast cumin seeds for 1 – 2 minutes till they give off aroma. Be careful not to over roast them
  2. Do the same for coriander seeds, red chilies and carom seeds seperately
  3. Also roast black salt slightly
  4. Let them cool and grind all of them
  5. Mix all of them and add powdered citric acid (tatri) to it
  6. Preserve in Jar. And use in chaats and salads 🙂
