Instructions
Preparing Rice
Soak the rice in enough water for at least 2 hours
Boil water in a big pan. Add 1 Tablespoon salt and the soaked rice to it
When they are almost done, add lemon juice
Strain the rice
Preparing Egg Mixture
Beat eggs with yellow color and Chinese salt
Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in a pan and fry the eggs.
Mash them until they are turned into small pieces
Preparing Seasoning Mixture
Microwave 1/2 cup of water with 2 Chicken cubes so that they are dissolved well
Add the rest of the ingredients from this section
Assembling the Rice
In the pan (In which you boiled rice) heat 2 Tablespoons oil, add garlic, giner and chicken. Fry them till they are cooked
Add all vegetables and cook a little
Add rice to it
Pour seasoning mixture and mix it carefully over medium heat for 1 – 2 minutes
Add the prepared eggs and mix
