For Chutni

Instructions
For Chutni
Blend all the ingredients in “For Chutni” section
Egg Shami Burger
Cut the bun into half and cook the inner sides with oil till slightly brown
Apply Chutni on both sides
On one half add salad leaves, onions, tomatoes and cucumber
Apply Mayonnaise over it
Fry an omelet with chaat masala and place it over the stuffing
Spread shami kebabs on the other half of bun
Place it over the other half
Cook well the both sides on pan or tawa with oil. Press the burger with spatula
For Sandwiches
Cut the bread slices into round shape with help of a cup and heat them on a pan
Apply chutni on both slices and Place shami kebab, salad leaves, sliced tomato, onion rings and cucumber and stack them
